An iconic symbol of indigenous beliefs, Ayayotes/Chachayotes are a commonly used ceremonial piece worn by many tribes and communities. Worn on the ankles/wrists, they make a loud percussion sound when jingled. Today they're used in prayer/ceremony to continue ancient traditions.
